COMPANY INFORMATION

Service terms

The project proposal should make expectations and responsibilities explicit.

DRAFT FOR REVIEW

What this covers.

The intended process uses a written proposal for each project. It should record deliverables, customer-provided materials, schedule assumptions, payment arrangements and acceptance. Changes need a recorded agreement. Third-party licenses, intellectual property, confidentiality, liability, termination and applicable law require approved contract wording appropriate to the company and service.

Draft — not yet final

Draft outline, not operative service terms. Final terms require company approval before contracts or live purchases are offered.
