What this covers.
The intended service stores contact details, company and project information, messages and billing references. Card details are entered on Stripe-hosted pages, not in the Skulbyte enquiry form. Access to private project records is restricted by company membership and role. The final notice must identify the controller contact, lawful bases, retention periods, applicable processors, international transfer arrangements and how requests about personal data are handled.
